Our range of translucent solid weave fire retardant fabrics gently filter the sunshine and reduce glare and come in a wide spectrum of colours and textures but ALL our commercial fabrics are Fire Retardant. Due to the wider colour range available it is easier to coordinate with corporate colours and achieve the desired look while still offering good shading for your employees.

We offer the market leading Movatrack cubicle curtain track as we feel it is the best product on the market, with its rigid, high-grade aluminium track section and maintenance-free, wheeled roller hooks we are yet to find a better system. It has been designed to give years of trouble-free service, this curtain divider track system uses die-cast aluminium wall shoes for a secure locating where tracks meet the wall, and suspension hangers for a rigid connection to the ceiling, unless directly ceiling fixed. Supplied with an easy curtain removal point as standard to allow speedy removal and replacement of both standard and disposable curtains.
Anti Ligature Blinds and Tracks
The Kestrel load release system is a simple yet extremely effective way of reducing or eliminating ligature risks. The system is based around two patented magnetic brackets. These brackets will securely hold a range of items by powerful short range magnetic attraction. When an abnormal load is applied the magnetic force is overcome and releases its load. And it can do this time after time. There is no decline in performance and no mechanical restraint, nothing can jam, break or wear out. After an incident, all that is required is for the suspended item to be held immediately below the magnetic bracket or brackets. The magnetic force will then raise the item and reseat it in its correct position.
ALL the fabrics we install in schools and commercial premises is fire retardant to BS 5867.

Education
Blinds in schools need to be robust because lets face it kids will be kids!. Roller blinds have the least moving parts of any type of window blind making them less susceptible to damage. This is reflected in our 5-year manufacturer’s warranty on all roller blind hardware supplied and installed by Benchmark blinds.
We can offer roller blinds with a geared crank handle operation, they are more robust than chain operated blinds and the detachable crank handle means the operation of the blinds can be limited to staff members.
